This dataset contains full exterior surface geometry of a Daihatsu Copen L880K, captured as a reference model for design, development and digital workflows.

The scan represents the vehicle as captured and provides accurate reference for overall proportions, surface transitions and body geometry.

The dataset includes full exterior geometry of the vehicle, capturing all primary body panels, surfaces and transitions.


Mesh condition

The mesh has been cleaned to remove most scanning artefacts whilst maintaining the original captured geometry.

The windscreen area contains rougher data due to the nature of scanning glass surfaces. This does not affect the usability of the surrounding body geometry.

Some areas may appear darker due to overlapping point cloud data. This is a visual characteristic of the scan and does not affect the underlying surface accuracy.

There is a very small amount of missing data along the nearside skirt, along with minor areas around the door glass. These are limited in scope and do not impact typical design or reference use.

The surface has not been artificially smoothed, preserving the original captured form.
