These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SCHURKEE website and the purchase of any products or services offered.
By purchasing from SCHURKEE, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Products
SCHURKEE offers both:
- Physical automotive parts
- Digital products, including 3D scan data (STL files and related assets)
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible, however minor variations may occur.
3. Digital Products (3D Scans)
3.1 Nature of the Product
All 3D scans are supplied as reference-grade data intended for:
- Design and development
- Reverse engineering
- Visualisation and modelling
They are not guaranteed to be directly manufacturable or plug-and-play.
3.2 Accuracy & Condition
- Scans are typically captured at stated resolutions (e.g. 0.5 mm or 0.1 mm where specified)
- Real-world vehicles may include:
- Wear, imperfections, or previous repairs
- Aftermarket components
- Some areas may be:
- Incomplete due to access limitations
- Slightly noisy or require clean-up in CAD
By purchasing, you accept that the scan reflects a real-world object, not a perfect CAD model.
3.3 File Format & Delivery
- Files are typically supplied as STL format
- Aligned to XYZ axes for CAD use
- Delivered digitally, usually via:
- Secure download link
SCHURKEE is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect software usage or incompatibility.
3.4 Licence & Usage Restrictions
All digital products are sold under a strict personal-use licence.
You may:
- Use the scan for personal projects
- Modify the scan for your own use
- Use it as a reference for design work
You may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute the file
- Upload the file to any public or private database
- Use the scan (or any part of it) for commercial purposes
- Produce and sell parts derived directly from the scan
This includes modified versions, derivatives, or partial use of the data.
3.5 Breach of Licence
Any misuse of SCHURKEE digital products may result in:
- Revocation of access
- Legal action where appropriate
4. Physical Products
4.1 Fitment & Installation
- Parts are designed to fit specified vehicles where stated
- Some products may require:
- Minor adjustment
- Professional installation
SCHURKEE is not liable for damage caused during installation or misuse.
4.2 Materials & Finish
Products may include materials such as:
- Carbon fibre
- Fibreglass
- Aluminium
- 3D printed polymers
Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in finish, weave, or surface quality may occur.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed at checkout before fulfilment
- SCHURKEE reserves the right to change pricing at any time
6. Refunds & Returns
6.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued once files have been delivered
Exceptions may be made if:
- The file is corrupted or unusable
- The incorrect product was supplied
6.2 Physical Products
Returns may be accepted if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- You contact SCHURKEE within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- 3D scan data
- Designs
- Product imagery
- Branding
Remains the property of SCHURKEE Ltd.
Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
SCHURKEE shall not be held liable for:
- Improper use of products
- Design or manufacturing errors made using scan data
- Indirect or consequential damages
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
SCHURKEE reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
